
Ingredients for the dough:
- 3 cups of flour
- 200g of unsalted butter
- 400ml of milk
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 10g of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- vegetable oil for greasing the baking sheet
Ingredients for the filling:
- 500g of raspberries
- sugar to taste
- powdered sugar to taste
Recipe:
- Melt the butter, mix it with sugar and salt. Mix well and add milk.
- Sift the flour and baking powder into a deep bowl. Pour the milk mixture into the bowl with the flour. Mix well and knead the dough.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Wash the raspberries and remove the stems.
- Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out thinly.
- Cut the dough into rectangles and put a little sugar and raspberries on each rectangle. Carefully pinch the edges of the turnovers and put them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes, until the turnovers are golden brown.
- Take the turnovers out of the oven, put them on a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
