To prepare the filling, wash the cabbage and finely chop it. Then boil it in salted water for 5 minutes. After that, drain the excess liquid through a sieve. Peel the onion, chop it finely and lightly fry it. Then add the cabbage, salt, pepper and fry until golden brown.
Knead the dough, roll it into a rope with a diameter of about 5 cm and cut into pieces. Roll the pieces into balls and place them in a warm place for 15 minutes. After the time has passed, roll out each ball into a small cake, put the filling and pinch the edges. Then place the pies on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, with the seam facing down.
