Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 kg of mushrooms
- 1 liter of water
- 4 tablespoons of 9% vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 cloves
- 1 clove of garlic
- black peppercorns, to taste
- allspice berries, to taste
Instructions for the recipe:
- Put the mushrooms into boiling water and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Drain the mushrooms using a colander and pour boiling water over them.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic. Add it to the pot with the mushrooms along with the salt, sugar, cloves, bay leaves, and pepper.
- Pour in the vinegar and cook for 15 minutes. Then remove from heat.
- Put the mushrooms with the sauce into clean jars and seal them. Let the mushrooms cool down.
- Place the cooled jars in the refrigerator for at least one day. The pickled mushrooms are now ready!
