
Ingredients:
- 400g flour
- 2 eggs
- 200g butter
- 100ml water
- a pinch of salt
- 100g sour cream
Instructions:
- Melt 100g of butter, add salt, eggs, water, and flour. Knead the dough until it’s not too hard.
- Make a roll out of the dough and cut it into pieces.
- Bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt and dumplings.
- Boil for about 10 minutes. When the dumplings float, remove them from the pot with a slotted spoon onto a plate.
- Melt the remaining butter in another pot, and put the dumplings in it.
- Mix well. Place the dumplings on plates and serve with sour cream.
