
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 90-180 ml vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a blender cup, add the egg, mustard, sugar, and salt.
- Blend all the ingredients together using the puree attachment until it becomes a smooth mixture.
- Gradually pour in the vegetable oil while continuing to blend the mixture.
- When the mixture has reached the desired mayonnaise consistency, add the lemon juice and blend again.
- Homemade blender mayonnaise is now ready!
