Ingredients for Blini:
- 500 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- salt to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Ingredients for Filling:
- 500 g chicken liver
- 3 eggs
- 150 g onion
- salt and black pepper to taste
- sunflower oil for frying
Recipe:
- Combine sifted flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add eggs, vegetable oil, and milk to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and pour the batter, spreading it evenly on the surface of the pan. Fry the blini on both sides and remove to a plate.
- Sauté finely chopped onions in sunflower oil.
- Cut the liver into pieces and fry with the onions for about 7-8 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool, and grind through a meat grinder.
- Boil the eggs, peel and grate finely.
- Combine the liver, eggs, salt, and pepper to taste, and mix well.
- Place the filling on the blini and fold them into envelopes. Fry the blini envelopes on both sides in sunflower oil until golden brown.
- Serve the blini with liver on a plate.
