Ingredients:
- 500ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 300g of boiled beef
- 300g of mushrooms
- 1 onion
Instructions:
- Heat the milk slightly and add the eggs, a pinch of salt, and flour. Mix to form the batter.
- Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and pour in the batter to make thin pancakes.
- For the filling, clean and slice the mushrooms and chop the onion. Sauté them in sunflower oil until tender.
- Boil the beef in salted water and mince it together with the mushrooms and onions. Add salt to taste.
- Place the filling in the center of each pancake and fold into an envelope. The blini with meat and mushrooms are ready to serve.
