Blini with Meat and Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 300g of boiled beef
  • 300g of mushrooms
  • 1 onion

Instructions:

  1. Heat the milk slightly and add the eggs, a pinch of salt, and flour. Mix to form the batter.
  2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and pour in the batter to make thin pancakes.
  3. For the filling, clean and slice the mushrooms and chop the onion. Sauté them in sunflower oil until tender.
  4. Boil the beef in salted water and mince it together with the mushrooms and onions. Add salt to taste.
  5. Place the filling in the center of each pancake and fold into an envelope. The blini with meat and mushrooms are ready to serve.
