Ingredients:
- A bit of chicken fillet
- Various meat spices
- Bread crumbs for breading
- Filling of your choice (choose from three options):
- Cheese and appetizing marinated mushrooms
- Cheese and canned pineapple
- Cheese and butter (in all three options, use hard cheese)
Recipe:
- Take a bit of chicken fillet, rinse it, cut it into thin slices lengthwise, and beat it.
- Put your chosen filling on top of each slice, roll it up, and secure it with toothpicks.
- You can prepare this dish in two ways: a. Coat each roll with bread crumbs, place them in a greased baking dish, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. b. Fry the rolls until golden brown on a pan, then place them in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Whichever method you choose, it will turn out very tasty. Personally, I love these chicken rolls, so I really enjoyed this dish.
As for fish rolls, they look great on a festive table, but I prefer meat. Enjoy your meal!
