Then knead the dough. Wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. Divide the dough into two unequal parts. Put the larger part of the dough on a baking sheet. For the filling, scald the lemons with boiling water and put them through a meat grinder. Then add sugar and immediately spread on the dough. Cover with the second part of the dough, pinch the edges. Bake until golden brown in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius. Cool the finished pie, cut it into portions and serve with tea.
