Ingredients:
- Smoked chicken breast – 450g
- Canned beans in their own juice – 200g
- Boiled eggs – 3 pieces
- Onion – 1 piece
- Sour cream – to taste
- Parsley – to taste
- Salt – to taste
Recipe:
- Drain the canned beans in a sieve to remove excess liquid.
- Remove bones and skin from the smoked chicken breast and cut into thin strips.
- Cut boiled eggs into small cubes. Finely chop the onion.
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add salt and dress with sour cream.
- Transfer to a salad bowl and garnish with chopped parsley.
