Chicken and Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  • Smoked chicken breast – 450g
  • Canned beans in their own juice – 200g
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pieces
  • Onion – 1 piece
  • Sour cream – to taste
  • Parsley – to taste
  • Salt – to taste

Recipe:

  1. Drain the canned beans in a sieve to remove excess liquid.
  2. Remove bones and skin from the smoked chicken breast and cut into thin strips.
  3. Cut boiled eggs into small cubes. Finely chop the onion.
  4. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add salt and dress with sour cream.
  5. Transfer to a salad bowl and garnish with chopped parsley.
