
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 500g ground chicken
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for greasing
Preparation method:
- Wash and chop the onion and garlic in a blender or meat grinder.
- Mix the chopped onion and garlic with the ground chicken, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add one egg and mix well.
- Boil the remaining eggs, cool, peel and chop into small cubes.
- Wash and chop the parsley and mix with the chopped eggs.
- Spread a piece of foil and place the prepared chicken mixture on it, then add the egg and parsley mixture on top.
- Form the chicken mixture into a roll, then place it on a greased baking sheet.
- Add some water and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes.
- Chicken roll with egg is ready!
