Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 500g ground chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for greasing

Preparation method:

  1. Wash and chop the onion and garlic in a blender or meat grinder.
  2. Mix the chopped onion and garlic with the ground chicken, add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add one egg and mix well.
  4. Boil the remaining eggs, cool, peel and chop into small cubes.
  5. Wash and chop the parsley and mix with the chopped eggs.
  6. Spread a piece of foil and place the prepared chicken mixture on it, then add the egg and parsley mixture on top.
  7. Form the chicken mixture into a roll, then place it on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Add some water and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Chicken roll with egg is ready!
