Vegetable Side Dish

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 300 g pumpkin
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 2-3 sweet bell peppers
  • Green peas, to taste
  • Vegetable oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • Lemon juice (or vinegar), to taste
  • Salt

Recipe:

  1. Wash and separate the cauliflower, broccoli, and cabbage into florets.
  2. Boil them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Remove and cool.
  3. Cut the bell peppers into large pieces. Cut the washed and peeled pumpkin into medium-sized cubes.
  4. Pour some vegetable oil into a pan or skillet, add the pumpkin and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add the broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, green peas, and cook until fully cooked.
  5. Add salt and pepper 5 minutes before the dish is done. Then sprinkle with lemon juice or vinegar.
  6. A tasty and beautiful side dish is ready! Serve it with fish or any meat.
