Dumplings

Ingredients:

  • 400g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g butter
  • 100ml water
  • a pinch of salt
  • 100g sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Melt 100g of butter, add salt, eggs, water, and flour. Knead the dough until it’s not too hard.
  2. Make a roll out of the dough and cut it into pieces.
  3. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt and dumplings.
  4. Boil for about 10 minutes. When the dumplings float, remove them from the pot with a slotted spoon onto a plate.
  5. Melt the remaining butter in another pot, and put the dumplings in it.
  6. Mix well. Place the dumplings on plates and serve with sour cream.
