Cottage Cheese Pancakes on Sour Cream

Ingredients for the recipe Cottage Cheese Pancakes on Sour Cream

  • 300 ml sour cream
  • 250 g cottage cheese (9% fat)
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil + oil for frying
  • 400 g flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • vanilla to taste

Recipe for Cottage Cheese Pancakes on Sour Cream

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar.
  2. Add sour cream, cottage cheese and vegetable oil. Whisk the mixture with a whisk.
  3. Sift the flour and add salt, baking soda and baking powder.
  4. Add the prepared liquid mixture of eggs, sour cream and cottage cheese to the flour mixture. Mix well. The dough should have a cottage cheese texture.
  5. Let the dough stand for 5 minutes.
  6. Fry the pancakes in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve the pancakes with jam, honey or sour cream.
