Baked Pelmeni with Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of ready-made pelmeni
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 300 grams of grated cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Put the thawed pelmeni into boiling water and cook for no more than 3 minutes.
  2. Then place them in small pots and spread sour cream on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the broth in which the pelmeni were cooked into the pots and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Cover the pots with lids and place them in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Baked Pelmeni with Cheese are ready.
