Ingredients:
- 250 grams of macaroni
- 250 grams of chicken fillet
- 1 onion
- 300 grams of cream
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons of mushroom broth
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying and greasing
Directions:
- Cook macaroni in salted water, then rinse with cold water and drain.
- Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut it into cubes, and fry it in sunflower oil.
- Wash, peel and chop the onion into cubes. Fry it in sunflower oil until transparent.
- Add salt, pepper, and cream to the onion, mix well, and then add the grated cheese.
- Cook until the cheese is melted.
- Place the cooked macaroni in a greased baking dish, then add the chicken and pour over the onion and cheese marinade.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
