Baked Chicken and Macaroni Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of macaroni
  • 250 grams of chicken fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 300 grams of cream
  • 100 grams of grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of mushroom broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying and greasing

Directions:

  1. Cook macaroni in salted water, then rinse with cold water and drain.
  2. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut it into cubes, and fry it in sunflower oil.
  3. Wash, peel and chop the onion into cubes. Fry it in sunflower oil until transparent.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and cream to the onion, mix well, and then add the grated cheese.
  5. Cook until the cheese is melted.
  6. Place the cooked macaroni in a greased baking dish, then add the chicken and pour over the onion and cheese marinade.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
