Baked Fish in Foil Recipe

Ingredients for Baked Fish in Foil:

  • 300g fish fillet
  • 100g fresh mushrooms
  • 50g hard cheese
  • mayonnaise (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • spices (to taste)
  • herbs (for decoration)

Instructions for Baked Fish in Foil Recipe:

  1. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  2. Wash and slice the mushrooms thinly.
  3. Wash the fish fillet and pat dry with a paper towel.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and spices together.
  5. Spread the mixture on the fish fillet and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Place the fish on a sheet of foil and top it with the sliced mushrooms and grated cheese.
  7. Cover with another sheet of foil, folding the edges to seal.
  8. Bake the fish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes.
  9. Remove the top layer of foil during the last 5 minutes of cooking to allow the fish to brown.
  10. Serve the baked fish in foil on a platter and decorate with herbs.
