
Ingredients for the recipe:
- Flour – 500 grams
- Pork – 250 grams
- Cabbage – 500 grams
- Pork fat – 25 grams
- Onion – 50 grams
- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste
- Seasonings – to taste
- Grated ginger – to taste
- Water
Recipe: Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into pieces. Peel and rinse the onion under cold water, then cut it into 2-3 pieces.
Grind the pork and onion in a meat grinder, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Wash and finely shred the cabbage. Mix the cabbage with the meat, fat, grated ginger, pour in the vegetable oil and mix well.
Next, prepare the dough. Sift the flour, mix with warm water, and knead the dough. Roll out the dough, cut out circles, put the filling on each circle, pinch the edges together, and form the dumplings.
Steam the dumplings in a steamer or on a steaming tray.
