Ingredients for the recipe: beef liver – 500 grams sour cream – 300 grams onion – 200 grams ground black pepper – to taste salt – to taste vegetable oil – for frying
Recipe instructions: Wash the liver, remove the films and bile ducts, and wash again. Then dry and cut into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion, then fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add the liver, salt and pepper to taste.
Fry on low heat, stirring occasionally, until browned. Then add sour cream and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes or rice.
