  • Beef tenderloin – 500 grams
  • Fried sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Demerara brown sugar – 2 teaspoons
  • Leaf lettuce – 150 grams
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Hot red pepper – 1 piece
  • Sunflower oil – 2 tablespoons
  • White and black grapes – 100 grams each
  • Chopped cilantro – 2 tablespoons
  • Peeled ginger root – 2.5 centimeters
  • Salt

Recipe for “New Year’s Salad with Beef and Grapes”:

  1. Fry the meat in heated oil for 5 minutes on each side, then cut into thin strips.
  2. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  3. Cut the grapes in half.
  4. Tear the lettuce leaves into large pieces.
  5. Place the lettuce on a large dish, and arrange the grapes and meat diagonally on top.
  6. Blend the pepper, ginger, cilantro, and peeled garlic cloves in a blender (remove the seeds from the pepper).
  7. Season the mixture with salt, sugar, and pepper.
  8. Sprinkle the meat with the obtained mixture.
