Chicken salad

Куриный салат

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken fillet
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can of canned green peas
  • 3 pickled cucumbers
  • Green onion to taste
  • Dill to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil the chicken fillet until fully cooked, then cut it into small pieces.
  2. Wash the potatoes, boil them, let them cool, peel them and cut them into small cubes.
  3. Boil the eggs, peel them, and chop them finely.
  4. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  5. Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes. Drain the canned green peas.
  6. Wash and finely chop the dill.
  7. In a salad bowl, combine the chicken meat, potatoes, eggs, pickled cucumbers, onion and green peas.
  8. Add the chopped dill and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  9. The chicken salad is ready to serve!
