Ingredients:
- 500 grams of ready-made pelmeni
- 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream
- 300 grams of grated cheese
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Put the thawed pelmeni into boiling water and cook for no more than 3 minutes.
- Then place them in small pots and spread sour cream on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the broth in which the pelmeni were cooked into the pots and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Cover the pots with lids and place them in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Baked Pelmeni with Cheese are ready.
