- Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
- Wash and slice the mushrooms thinly.
- Wash the fish fillet and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Mix mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and spices together.
- Spread the mixture on the fish fillet and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Place the fish on a sheet of foil and top it with the sliced mushrooms and grated cheese.
- Cover with another sheet of foil, folding the edges to seal.
- Bake the fish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove the top layer of foil during the last 5 minutes of cooking to allow the fish to brown.
