Ingredients for the recipe:

  • One sheet of lavash bread
  • 150 grams of hard cheese
  • 300 grams of ground meat
  • Two onions
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • Greens to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for greasing

Recipe for cooking hot rolls: Peel the onions and garlic, and grind them together with the ground meat in a meat grinder. Add salt and pepper to taste and fry in a heated pan with vegetable oil until fully cooked.

Next, lay out the lavash bread on the table, spread the meat filling over the entire surface, and roll it up into a roll. Place the roll on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, sprinkle grated cheese on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.

Place the finished roll on a plate, cut it into small rolls, garnish with greens, and serve hot. Hot rolls are ready!
