Ingredients for the recipe Mushroom sauce with sour cream:

  • Mushrooms – 200 grams
  • Butter – 100 grams
  • Onion – 2 pieces
  • Sour cream – 150-200 grams
  • Flour – 2-3 tablespoons
  • Dill – to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – to taste

Recipe for preparing Mushroom sauce with sour cream: Clean and rinse fresh mushrooms well. Then cut into small pieces, put in a frying pan and lightly fry with the addition of butter. Add chopped onions, salt and pepper to taste. Fry over low heat until the liquid evaporates.

Add flour and fry, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes. Add sour cream and cook for about 1 minute until the sour cream boils. Then cook for another 5 minutes. Rinse and finely chop the dill.

Add the dill to the sauce, mix well, and remove from heat. Mushroom sauce with sour cream is ready!
