Recipe for “Trubochki” Cookies: To make the dough, beat softened butter with a mixer until fluffy. Add sour cream and mix well until smooth. Gradually add sifted flour and salt, kneading until smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and roll each part into a thin round sheet, about 2mm thick. Cut into triangles.
On the wider side of each triangle, put a little jam and roll the dough around the filling into a tube shape. Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
Remove the cookies from the oven, let them cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar. “Trubochki” cookies are ready!
